Did your parents hire the tutors because you were having trouble, or just because they wanted to be sure you were getting all you could out of your studies? That would make a difference in your needs. If your study habits weren't good, they might be thinking that the tutors help create some structure for you. Or if you are way ahead of the rest of the class, they might want to be sure you're challenged enough.

If I were one of your parents I'd want to know if you have another plan. Have your study habits improved since the decision was made to hire the tutors? Or would a study group of your peers (especially if there's some friendly competition) help keep you motivated?

You might also talk to the tutors and ask them how they think things are going. Chances are that if you're bored they might be bored as well. If your parents insist on keeping the tutors, let the tutors know that you want to be challenged. Try to show up for the sessions with questions or things that you want to work on.

Take more control of what is happening in the sessions. Tell them what you need help on and ask good questions. Stay on topic. If the tutors still won't help you with what you need, then tell your parents what you told us and have them sit in on a session or two. I bet you have a lot of things you could be doing besides wasting your time with useless tutors. If one of your tutors is decent, could that person tutor you in any other subjects? Why do you have three tutors? Do you think you still need that much tutoring?
As a teacher, I have seen some of my students make great progress with a tutor. On the other hand, some kids just seem to be spinning their wheels. Maybe you need a different tutor. Who is doing your tutoring? Many people mean well and may even have a degree, but they may not have the experience to be a good tutor. Maybe you could attend a learning center for the same price as the the three tutors combined. A learning center will do an assessment up front and make very specific learning objectives. When you met those goals , you either set harder goals or stop going to the center. Do you and the tutors have any specific goals or do you just float along from week to week? Remember, you are your own best teacher.

There is more than one possibility. 1) You can ask your tutor to explain a specific question or a topic you don't understand or want to be better at. 2) You can ask your tutor not to come anymore. Many tutors will be more than happy to get away from a student who doesn't want them. 3) You can just go with it, trusting that you have nothing better to do anyway. To make your parents happy. To learn at least something

I agree with another answer here to talk to your parents first on why they hired those two tutors. If you feel that you are not learning enough from them, explain that clearly to your parents. From your explanation, may be they can talk with the tutors to make changes so you'll feel that you're learning from them. It's good to have tutors, but it also depends on the one teaching and the one being taught. It's a two-way process. You have to listen to them for them to listen to you. Just make a polite talk with your folks and tell them you're most willing to learn, be it with a tutor or solely at school. Getting rid of the tutors may not be the first option. It all depends on a good talk with your folks.

As a teacher, if you really are wanting to ditch the tutors because they aren't working for you, then just tell your parents that you aren't learning enough from them. Ask mom or dad to sit in on a tutoring session if they want to see for themselves. Tell them they're wasting their money and you would like to find someone else.
Good luck!
