I also get an error - something like P03P - I just have to click the 4 boxes off when they always appear to close out, takes like about 1 minutes, I just deal with it. Also bought a microsoft Office 2007, have attempted to install 3 times, have called 2 times-each time they have a different tech support answer - the last person I spoke with that for $49 plus tax they would help. I told them to just forget it!! I bought this program through a deep discount price of $29 for government employees, usual price around $220 - Just letting you know I empathize with your problem, guess that is why Bill Gates is one of the richest man in the world.........good luck

have you recently added a limited user account that you are using to log on? if so, try to log in with the administrator account.
this is the only information on that error from a google search.

Try to use the CD-ROm of your anti-virus package to to a system recovery.

Or, highly likely, you need to reinstall the OS and update the anti-virus and then do a full scanning.

save your stuff on a disk or something and if you have the restore disk back it up from that and it will get rid of everything but the main software to run the computer and then just put your stuff back on from the disk.
