Snack: 6 doughnut holes
Dinner: Leftover bean soup with ham, French baguette, 3 pieces smoked Gouda cheese
Snack: Brussels sprouts, lightly seasoned

I'm on a diet, so I ate what it told me to:
breakfast: bowl of special k and a glass of oj
snack: banana
lunch: tomato soup with a few croutons and some shredded cheese on top, spinach salad with raspberry vinagrete, diet coke, and some yogurt covered raisins
snack: baby carrots
dinner: grilled chicken breast, pesto potatoes, steamed green beans, unsweetened iced tea.
dessert: slice of angel food cake with fresh strawberries and a spoonfull of fat free vanilla yogurt.
Plus my 8 glasses of water!
