Yes, absolutely! That was when movies were good. They had substance back then, unlike some of the stuff we see today - which, by the way, are mostly remakes of movies originally shown in black and white!

I love watching some of the old black and whites, because those films had to carry themselves with story or song, whereas a lot of movies now-a-days are lacking in story and try to cover it up with bright graphics. (not that I don't like the new movies!)

A lot of them were great, but the really bad ones are even a blast to watch. The worse the acting and special effects the better sometimes.

Pleasantville was alright but then that was black n white, color but wow a movie in full black n white i don't think i would like that

Yes i do. you know in the movie the wedding planner they have a movie in the park. i wish they would do that here. I love black and white movies.

Only the really funny frankenstien one with the guy from the 70s original version of Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory, it also has the woman from Mr. Mom in it.

Yes! I like them better than alot of colored ones. The storylines are amazing, and it focuses much more on what is happening, rather than the beauty or quality. Also adds suspense and mystery.

The silent ones are the best.

Sure, the color of the movie is not as important as the movie content...plot, story, drama, suspense. Blood doesn't have to be red to be effective.
