Worldwide? The Honda Cub. Best selling vehicle of any kind ever. When it was introduced, I believe it was the best selling bike in the US.

More than 50 million sold. (That's over twice the number of VW Beetles sold, and almost twice the number of Toyota Corollas) And still going. Probably well over that if you include licensed and unlicensed copies and derivatives.

The best selling is Honda, and for the model I have to say CBR.
I dont know about the stats because where ever I link to on the internet it was'nt accurate they all claim to be the best.
I get my answers from the streets as a rider my self. Also There is a very good documentary movie called faster check it out it gives you a wider understanding on the research the pros go thru and the dominant riders.
