We were just sitting in class and he always has to grab me on my waist or "accidently" rub against my chest.
I keep telling him to stop, but it seems the more I say "no" the more he comes on to me....
I've tried being assertive but he's not getting it....

Yea theres quite a bit of those guys around. You probably led him on with some harmless friendliness and now he can't keep his hands off you. He thinks he's being cool and that you secretly like it. If you make a big deal, you will probably look dumb. Despite all this though, honestly, make a big deal. Make a scene, even if you look a little dumb, it makes you look paranoid, but he probably won't touch you again. And if you make a big enough scene, you can probably put him off for good. If all else fails, tell the teacher and file sexual harassment, this embarrasses him, not you.

Tell your teacher what is happening. Then tell her/him that you have an idea. You want to embarrass him in front of the class. The nest time he trys something, jump away from him and yell out loud
"I'M WARNING YOU! GET AWAY FROM ME! STOP TOUCHING ME!"
This should startle him and be effective. Then the teacher can call him outside the room and tell him that he has been warned and the next step will be to report him to the office for sexual harassment.

Tell the teacher. If you don't want to, when he gets near you, kick him in the shin as hard as you can. Or when he's about to do the you know what's, fling your leg across the ground where he's standing or walking and he'll trip. If that still dosn't work hit him really hard in the chest or twist his arm. I'd suggest a teacher though.

Tell a teacher, a friend, or other that he's sexually harassing you.
That person should stand up for you, or stop him.
Try transferring classes, or moving seats.
Tell a teacher/principal that you want to switch classes, and if they ask why, then tell them about this boy.
Or hit him.
But that's a last resort.

If I was in your position I would grab him by the balls and squeeze while telling him again that you are not going to put up with it anymore. Some guys need a firm grip on their nards to get their brain to work properly.

What an ***. He obviously has a crush on you but because he has no balls he has to act like an idiot, or child rather to show his affection. When he does it again in class say quite loudly
"Look you freak, grow up, piss off and leave me alone"
"If you wanna feel some breasts go milk a f**ken cow"

Ok wow. My ex used to do that to me all the time. I know your situation.
He is technicly sexually harrassing you. He should have permission to touch you . If you say no but he keep's on doing it, or stop for this matter, then you definatly should talk to him or talk to someone to trust. If it continues, then definatly report him to a schol councellor or principle or your parents. If this become's more of a joke to this guy you should definatly be careful. He obviously doesn't care much for your boundries. He need's to know your boundries. If a guy doesn't understand them, then you can do better. :)

1st tell your teacher, when that doesnt help go your principal or school counselor, if that doen't help, file a sexual harressment suit. But go through the proper order first, you may want to make a formal written complaint keeping multiple photocopies.

Keep telling him no. And if it gets bad, slap him across the face, shout "stop touching me," and storm off.
Actually, talk to your teacher and see if she can move either him or you. She also might be able to put a stop to it. And if you don't trust your teacher, find another adult. He can get in serious trouble for that.
