Is it possible to Transfer to UCLA as a sophomore?

I want to transfer to UCLA next year, but i am a freshmen this year. Does anyone know if there is anyone I can get there. I am currently enrolled at UCSC.

They take a few, but not many sophomore-level transfers. If you were qualified for UCLA upon admission to college, you may be able to do it. If you did not get into UCLA originally, and are hoping to trade up, you will have to wait until your junior year.
