A bird nest to set in the Christmas tree. It stayed on my mom's tree for many years. She passed away last year and now it is in my Christmas tree.

Something I wish my dad would throw away already... it's a macaroni art heart that says I <3 Daddy. It's COVERED in glitter and it has lots of broken macaroni since it was made when I was six. That was almost 20 years ago!!!

I have a willow basket I made in 4th grade. My mom kept it until she passed away, and I got it after that. That's the only thing I can think of that has survived that long (about 40 years)!

I made a hideously ugly pretzel wreath with my picture in it in 1st grade. 10 years later, it's still sitting on the fireplace mantel...

i made my mom and dad a heart frame about 30 years ago and they till have it out with the original picture in it.
