Yes...a thumbs down is good for when someone gives a bad answer...but on someone is just going through and putting a thumbs down on EVERY answer...

If the answer is good you give a thumbs up.
If the answer is bad..oh don't offend someone and give them a thumbs down.
What is the point of having a thumbs down if you are not using it?
