Cummings was influenced by Ezra Pound and Gertrude Stein while in in last year at Harvard. While he authored over 900 works I have found his play-"Santa Clause-A Morality" (1946) to be if not his best work, one of his best. His style of peotry has yet to be equaled (my opinion).

Nothing beats !blac in terms of eccentric style of ee cummings. His greatest influence was his father, especially after he (father) died.

He was the weird poet who never capitalized and punctuated right, so I guess you spelled his name wrong.

His stuff never made much sense to me, so sorry I can't help you with the rest of your question.
