You have a great GPA and rank in class. Your test scores aren't quite up to Ivy League standards -- but are still pretty decent.
You can do better than St Thomas -- and a LOT better than Wisconsin-Whitewater. You can get into the University of Minnesota or University of Wisconsin-Madison. You should not settle for a public university of lesser quality than those two.

Depends where you live and what you want to do. There are a lot of great schools that will accept you with those marks. You can raise that ACT score by taking Kaplan courses but, it's expensive. Those grades are fine though for most schools. If you want to go to Harvard or something then, you'd need to raise the ACT score, and bulk up on AP classes and get A+ averages with great recommendations from your instructors. Depends what you're going to college for though.

A lot. You're in the mid-high range. A 25 ACT score isn't the best...but it's pretty good. If you visit college's websites and look in the admissions sections, you should be able to get a pretty good feel for what kind of school you can go to.

youre gpa is great but your test scores dont really match up with your grades. hopefully you are signed up to take the ACTs on another date. I believe december is the last month to take tests for many colleges. You probably have a high class rank and it should make up for your average test scores. You can make it into decent colleges but just be sure to stress your extra curriculars and write a decent essay. good luck.

My GPA was 3.75, SAT was ok, and i ranked in the top 12% of my class, i was accepted by the University of Washington (Bothell), but didn't end up going 'cause i couldn't pay for it, instead i'm working on my transfer degree, 'cause its cheaper to go to community college.
You can pretty much get into any college you apply for, just write a killer essay(have your english teachers and peers or any other qualified people read/edit/help you revise it) & apply for as much financial aid, scholarships, the FAFSA, work study, and grants.
--good luck!!!
