The best from a nutritional standpoint is neither - rosy red minnows are better for them. Beyond that, you need to consider the size of your turtles. It's also best if you breed the feeder yourself. Fish meant to be feeder aren't kept in the best conditions, and may possibly be infected by parasites, or bacterial or fungal diseases. At the very least, you should quarantine them for several days, and use the time to feed them more nutritious foods (which then get passed on to your turtle).
Feeding fish really isn't necessary on a regular basis. Turtle food made for aquatic turtles is cheaper in the long run, and is more nutritianally balanced, so that's what I feed regularly, then use feeder fish, worms, veggies, etc. as treats.

i could advise to adhere to goldfish and guppies, in basic terms in case, some tropical fish have scales and such that they use for protectants. for this reason goldfish and guppies are called feeder fish they're secure for turtles and different fish to consume.

I wouldn't feed them either..
try some worms or something instead.
Or even, don't feed them live food. It can have parasites, and then your turtle could catch parasites from it and then it won't grow, and you have to take it to the vet and get the parasites treated, and it's just not fun.
You can get the dried shrimp or krill if you're worried about giving them actual animal material to eat. But mostly what the live food is for is protein, and they will get plenty of that from a high-quality turtle pellet like mazuri or Reptomin. I have 2 res and I kind of avoid fish all together because I had a snake get parasites from them before.

whole feeder goldfish (occasionally) But more and more people consider feeder fish a low-quality food. Also, feeder
fish are usually not very healthy. Better to feed frozen and thawed freshwater
fish. I recommend what's called 'Silversides'
