I don't know if you wanted to the 1+1 added to that or not so.

PEMDAS= order of operations
you need to add all that have additions first then youll get this:
(54323)-(103263)-(1302.034)-(1234570987.907)-(0.222222222222)
then subtract from left to right
ans is -1234621229 rounded to tha nearest ones.. tooo long
