the buyer I believe 100% is screwing me over. I sold him a PSP and accessories on Ebay and a month and a half later he filed the dispute saying the PSP wasnt there but the accessories were... umm liar. So he had to send me back everything but Paypal said I didnt have to refund him. They said his tracking info was wrong. Well I got the package today. Now the buyer wants to appeal their decision. Has anyone done this? Im thinking I should just cancel my paypal acct before anything else can happen? Will that work? Im thinking if I cancel my acct there will be nothing to try to take from or contact me right? He IS scamming me I had pictures of everything I sent along with insurance on the package which Im still waiting for.
Anyways... so will Paypal agree with him then make me refund him? Or if I just cancel my accts on paypal will that just be the end?

Hi i work on ebay myself so have had a few dealings with paypal, dont leave ..if paypal found in your favour chances are they will not lift their decision, they are fair in their ways and will look into it more thoroughly if he has come back on it, but if you have done all the things your side legal and above board dont worry, i hope it works out good for you ,there are too many scammers etc at ebay as it is, w.w

Don't cancel your paypal account... I think they will tie that amount of money up... I'm not sure... Also, paypal and Ebay are interconnected.

But you're good to go, there's nothing he can do to prove he is right.
