It cannot be reduced further since 10 is the product of two primes, 2 and 5 so its simply the sqrt sign and the number 10

If, for example, you wanted the sqrt of 20, 20 is 4 times five or sqrt4 * sqrt 5 or 2√5, 10 cannot be reduced like that because 2 and 5 are it sonly factors and neither is a square

Factors of 10 are 2 and 5. Neither of those is a perfect square. So, the square root of ten in radical form is a radical with 10 under it.
