Making one goal at a time just isn't for me. How can I track my progress?

There are all kinds of goals to be set, and they shouldn’t all be treated the same way. It can be overwhelming to have too many goals. Taking on too many things is a recipe for disaster. Having said that, post your goals somewhere where you can see them every day. Hopefully you have some kind of daily planning system in place all ready. Every night take a few minutes to review all of your goals and then plan a specific activity of what you will do the next day to contribute to each goal. Jerry Seinfeld uses this method. He doesn’t let one day go by that he doesn’t somehow contribute to his goals in life (i.e. he’s written a new joke every day for years now.) It’s like a chain. When you miss a day the chain becomes broken. The idea is to never break the chain until the goal is accomplished and you can do it through daily planning and action.

I would write them down, in a journal, and refer back to them to check your progress. Just make sure that your goals are obtainable and flexible.
