How cool did the moon appear where you live tonight?

The moon over Roanoke was low, dull red-orange and a big waning gibbous. (I think I spelt that right..)

It was way cooler last night when Mars was right next to it in the sky. In fact the Moon passed in front of Mars last night as seen from the Pacific northwest.
