.5*k*x^2
when compressed
.5*200*(5/100)^2
when elongated
.5*200*(2.3/100)^2

the difference is the energy lost to friction for the block to slide 7.3 cm

the energy of friction is
0.590*9.81*µk*7.3/100
solve for µk

µk=0.466
