Save Them of course!! You can make "Turkey Taquito's" the next day with some home-made guacamole'. Or some Turkey Bagels, with Cranberry Jelly on it, along with the mayo of course and some salt and pepper. Or you can just make another plate of the whole dinner and just have it all over again!! It's all so YUMMY, the day or two afterwards. But it is so important to skin it the same night you've made it. Then just put into a really good sealable freezer bag. But only freeze it if your not going to use it right away the next couple of days. Otherwise, its not neccesary otherwise. So, there you have it!! YES saving the left-overs is so worth it, and really good if you know how to be creative with it, following Thanksgiving Day. Just have fun with it, and make all kinds of things with it. Good Luck to you. Smile!!!

I save my Thanksgiving leftovers. Nothing like leftovers the next day or two. I always make enough to give leftovers to others because it seems like everyone wants to take leftovers home. It even tastes better the next day.

We save them. Why would we waste perfectly good food by throwing it out?

We made turkey pot pie and had turkey sandwiches with the leftover turkey.
We made mashed potato pancakes and mashed potato candy with the left over mashed potatoes.
We ate the rest of the leftovers as they came.

(((hugs)))

well, they go in the frig, to nibble on later. If too much, i make some tv dinners out of them to freeze. Usually slice left over turkey and package up in portions for freezer. (sandwiches). Then the turkey carcass goes in the stock pot, with celery and onions, and whatever else sounds good, to simmer, then i remove the bones, add noodles or barley, simmer some more. when done, it goes in containers for freezer, on the cold days when home made soup tastes exta Good!
