I do feel that if Giuliani was elected the current white house policies would change greatly. After hearing some of Giuliani's campaign promises, it appears he isn't pro-life like bush. So, I feel that the movement against abortion wouldn't prosper. Considering that detail alone, I'm sure changes would come to White House policies since George Buch and Rudy Giuliani have different perspectives.
