In ether Vice City, or Vice City Stories, can you fly a jumbo jet in ether of them?

In the Vice City manual it makes it look like you can, and if in one I would think you could in the other...

I know that in Vice City, you can't fly a jumbo jet, but I'm not sure about Vice City Stories. I do know that in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas you can fly a jumbo jet called. The Jumbo Jet in San Andreas is located on the Las Venutras airport in a really big hangar.

Nope in vice city you can fly a plane but not a jumbo jet sorry
