Well... 2200 dollars may buy a horse but how do you plan to feed it and take care of its medical needs? Did you think about that? What you really need is a constant flow of income.
You will need to get a job and save to buy it, then keep working to keep it fed and healthy.
Are you up for the challenge? Oh, by the way, it will have to continue until the day the horse dies... which will, hopefully, be MANY decades later.

On-Going costs? Or is it to be fed in the paddock?
What about sudden vet's bills? And so on?
Ask to take it for a test run, and ride like Marilyn Monroe off to see Montogmery Cliff with Cary Grant in tow?
I don't know, but I wish you Poseidon's Grace, and say "We shall Sea..."
;-}
What about some tricky e-bay thing, like the guy who traded a clothes peg for a safety pin, then swapped that for a feather which got blown in the weather like a frisbee which flew all the way up to house ownership?
Collect hard rubbish and sell it on e-bay (in Australian cities many people collect valuable junk and trade it on. Some even make their living out of it)?
Get a gang of grrlz2getha &own it all @ 1c (with you gotts2have the controlling intrest and responsability)?
Open a bank account and try as many options as necessary for as long as it takes?
1c again, GL.

Think about it.
The horse's starting price is 2,200. You'll need tack, a place to keep it, hay, straw, you'll need grooming products, you'll need to buy grain, vitamins, bran, oil, you'll need to buy hoofpicks, hoof oil, you'll need money for a farrier, a vet, a saddle, headstall, a bit, an if your horse doesn't use a bit, you'll need a hackamore, a hackamore pad, saddle pads, saddle soap, tack care...
Horses are VERY expensive! I have four of my own. DO NOT buy a horse unless you can FOR SURE, 100% provide the things I've listed above without any "Oh my god, my horse will have to go without this because I can only afford this and this."
Do not buy a horse unless you can't afford it. I lucked out because my horses live with me. I do all their care myself with no boarding fee. It still takes quite a chunk out of my paycheck, though.

It's authorized considering you wouldn't have a agreement but. Unless you wrote at the software "this software is legitimate provided that all phrases keep as at the start marketed" you're caught. I'd say the suggestion of four men renting in combination has him spooked and he determined he wanted slightly extra insurance plan. You're most commonly fortunate he took you in any respect.

You could get a small job, delivering the local newspaper or babysitting, ... I wouldn't recommend you to sell chocolate and stuff, if you ever think of the idea, because usally, its for a organisation or school, therefore, you might not get as much money... I don't know, I just don't like the idea... Maybe you have some money left in bank for stuff like this...

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info
i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.
if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.

Do you know how much it costs a year just to keep a horse healthy and to meet all its needs?
If you're having trouble coming up with the money to buy it, then how do you expect to supply food, etc. to this horse?

If you can't raise the money to buy the horse, how on earth are you going to be able to feed, house and generally look after it?
