If you are healthy and happy with yourself, then it shouldn't matter. Some people have a different metabolism or are more active than others. II'm 35 pounds more than when I was 23 when I got married. I seem to maintain the same weight and have for about five years. I'm healthy, and know I should be more active but I just don't have the energy I once had.

I don't see a problem being about the same weight during that time. I am 51 now an in the last 2 years have put on 20 extra lbs and I hate it. I weighed the same from the age of 18 - 49 (except when I was pregnant). I wish that I could get back down to 120 lbs. or less, I would be so happy with my self then.

Believe it or not I stayed the same size from the time I was 18 until I was 49... I fluctuated from a size 0 to a size 3... now due to the medical treatments I have advanced to a size 8.

When I started school, I wore a toddler size 3!

I think it depends on if you were at a healthy weight then. I'm 51 and I was chunky as a teen and for awhile later in life. I weigh less now, but I need to get back to exercising on a more regular basis. It's less about weight and more about being fit and healthy

I think it would be awesome, I can say I do not weigh the same as I did.......I use to have weight issues, went through the whole eating disorder, had some health issues with it, back and forth to the doctors and now I try to not worry or think about it.........I am heavier then I have ever been.........which is the 20lbs over weight margin, but I am happier then ever as well...........

I weighed less at 45 than I did at 25. Problem is I'm older now and fatter than I've ever been.

I don't know if it's ok or not.....I just know I was the best I've ever been at 45.....but am licking the botom of the barrel now,

I now weigh the same as I did fifty years ago when I first enlisted in the Navy. Both my doctor and I are fine with that.

Gee, I sure hope so cause I am the same weight, give or take a pound or two and I'm no spring chicken.

Unless you were exceptionally skinny or overweight during those years it is a good idea to be about the same weight.
