I agree with some of the above posters. Try the nasal strips first and see if they work for you. If not, you may want to consider consulting a doctor in order to see if your snoring is caused by a medical condition. Snoring is caused by many things, including medications, alcohol, obesity, nasal blockage, deviated septum, and tons of other things.

Depending on the structure of your nasal passages and your epiglottis size you may have sleep apnea, you may not.
If you want to find out if you have sleep apnea you can be tested since it is considered a sleep disorder and is usually covered by health insurance. There are medical remedies sometimes.
Another possible factor is weight. If you have excess weight this will be shown in the fatty tissue in your throat again, contributing to snoring. If you are overweight, try losing some weight and see if that helps.
Try the nose tabs, sometimes they work, try the throat sprays, some people like them. Maybe she would be willing to wear earplugs.
A sad but, other possibility is getting separate bedrooms.

Well, ive heard if you sleep on your back you dont snore as much. And you should try those nose strips. Also you should go see an ENT there can be some blockade in your nasal passage that causes you to snore.

You should talk to your doctor. You could have sleep apnea or some sleeping condition. Snoring is not normal nor is it good for you.
