For a few months now, whenever I try to urinate I have trouble and have to tighten my muscles. I am a guy if that matters. Could this be serious?

Is there a correlation, time wise, when you started taking a new medication?

This happened to me, although I'm female, when I was on an MAOI anti-depressant. My doctor told me it was called "urinary hesitancy" and was a common side effect of the medication. I also couldn't have an orgasm. After a few months on the medication, however, both "abilities" were returned to me.

Do have a check up ASAP.
Its because of Kidney.
Its b/o Prostate.
Its b/o Balder.
Its b/o stones.
Its b/o Infection.
The complete Urine Test will tell what actual problem is.
