It's none of your bussiness what your father in law left in his will. If you plan on staying w/ your husband just because you might get something from your father in law then you are a pathetic gold digger.

Unless your named in the will, you won't be entitled to any of the money left you your husband. Whether your together or not. Kinda coming off as a money gruber aren't you?

If you are part of the will the executor will notify you. If your husband inherits (with or without a will) you have no claim on anything he gets, that is one exception to assets that are part of equitable distribution in divorce.
