I like Sabrina Christiane for a girl and Sebastian Reid for boy. Or maybe Sabrina Ann?

1. Anaïs Gabrielle - I adore Anaïs, but find Gabrielle trendy, overused and predictable. Just doesn't seem to match up, know what I mean? ;)
2. Sabrina Christiane - Sabrina is fine, but I'd prefer less-expected Sabine, especially given the French heritage! :) There are very few Chris- names I find remotely appealing (all were so common a generation ago, and now seem dated), so Christiane wouldn't be my first choce for a middle name.
3. Adélaïde Simone - a beautiful classic, and the French pronunciation of Adélaïde is particularly lovely. ;) Simone has never been a favorite, but it works.
4. Sienna Laine - trendy, predictable and overused, in full. The others are vastly more appealing.
5. Whitney Brooke - not quite as intriguing as the first three, but still fine.
1. Hunter James - so randomly trendy and boring! Honestly, Hunter is just one of those "hat choice" word names that most parents use only because they think it "cool" or "interesting" with little thought given the fact that it ISN'T at all intriguing (quite common, actually) and literally implies one who tracks and kills. An odd naming choice, to say the least.
2. Paxton Robert - I don't mind this, but similar Dax would better fit with the French flavor of many of the others. ;)
3. Sebastian Reid - I quite like that, actually. You might also consider the Sébastien spelling/pronunciation, of course.
4. Charles Tate - I'd normally avoid pairing two single-syllable names, but Charles Tate is actually intriguing. I love both, and they seem to work (contrary to the general rule of thumb). :)
Hope that helps.

wow those are nice!
I think you did well with all the combos!
Paxton is kinda weird for me because I knew a girl with that name and she was a tad mean but you don't know her so it's all good!
I really love the Anais, Sabrina, Sienna for girls
I really love Hunter for boys!
Just don't name her (if it's a her) Caitlin....like my mom did
it's boring and everyone has it
