You know how theres a country where the people there stretch their necks out?and another place where they like piercings?Can anyone tell me where they are and more about what they like about it and stuff?Is there any countries that do wierd things that the people there consider "attractive" ?

Neck stretching is achieved with "neck rings" and is particularly practiced by the Kayan people of Myanmar and Thailand.
Lip stretching on the other hand is achieved with "lip plates" and is mostly found in African countries.
