For smaller cans ANY approved gasoline can will work, label as kerosene; buy anywhere gas cans are sold.
For larger storage, try a fuel distributor. You can get 55gal drums, or larger tanks on stands. ANYTHING suitable for gasoline can be used. For 55gal drums, buy a pump, (manual, air, or power), and for larger tanks on stands a shutoff valve, hose, and nozzle.

If you are looking for a big tank like 250 gallon look at farm supply stores they have all sorts of tanks available and can order anything they don't have.

You might also check out local auctions I have seen some oil tanks at the farm auction.
