Is it possible that to open an usd current account in nigeria ,you must have almost usd 650?

a friend of mine work as a contractor in nigeria and he told me he needs money for an current account so that he can get his money from the bank.first he told me that an save account is usd 150 and current usd 650, i want to know if it's true or is he lieing??

I wouldn't get involved with anything in Nigeria unless you have money you'd like to lose.

It is a SCAM. and nothing like that is true.

PS. Judy, I am proud to be a Nigerian and I have never done anything frudulent. Never generalize!!!
