i have been abused by my father is there any way i can get the court documents for this?

i need this to file change in dependency in my fafsa so i need the court papers saying he abused me or something i really dont remember what happened it might be erased on his records because it was long time ago, and i dont recall going to court ofr it but i do recalol him going to some classes so yeh is there anyways to get court papers saying he physically abused me because if i dont get this i cant get money for fafsa and im kinda poor so yeh
