Not often because I'm such an earthy person, my heads not in the clouds much.

But to be honest I have a crush on John Cusack.

My daughter (age 10) and I went and saw him in the movie Martian Child"( great movie) and on the way out of the theater she asked " Do you think John Cusack will marry you someday?"To which I replied' Sweetie he doesn't even know I exist". She was quiet for awhile as if in thought and then simply said " His loss".
Awww..how sweet.-)

When I was a young girl and a teenager, I had crushes on actors and singers; Audie Murphy, Johnny Sheffield, Elvis, Fabian, Bobby Rydell, Frankie Avalon and in highschool, we were always giggling over a different boy every week.
I think it's part of growing up.
When you are our age , you have to be careful because not everyone is who they say they are. I've heard of people having found someone on the internet and later find out they are actually in prison and looking for somewhere to go when they get out.

Yes. When I was 12, I had a crush on a 22 year old guy who worked at the grocery store down the block from my parents store. I never met him. I drove him nuts. I was such a pain in the neck that he told his boss that I was his niece. I hung around all day staring at him. He was quite a hunk.

Sure race car drivers, actors, singers, etc.
In 'real' teenage life my sister was dating a guy across the road and he had a friend over. We were talking back and forth on walkie talkies. The guy had a terrific voice and we got along well. When we did meet I didn't care for his personality and he wasn't my type. You never know what someone's really like until you spend time with them in person.

Yes,Yes, Yes, I'm in love with Robert Deniro.
Everything about him appeals to me (he seldom reveals his real personality to the public) and when I saw Taxi Driver I knew I'd never be the same.

How could you. You see these Movie Stars, Singers etc.
and they are acting a part or seem to have everything.
But who are they really as a person? They could be drug addicts, wife beaters, liers, cheaters etc. To not know someone and have a crush on them is ludicrous

Yep, when I was about nine. He was a little blond boy, looked like an angel. Then once when we were walking with a group of kids, he came over to me, and shoved me down in the street ... I tore the knees out of my tights. Talk about being disillusioned.

Yes, for some of my teenage years it was Gregory Peck. Then met and actually dated someone my age who looked exactly like him. Heavenly! He was a sweetie. Wonder what ever happened to him?
