The Office is my favorite show and I'm terribly upset that new episodes are done airing for now until more are written. Do you think the strike will end soon, and do you think the show will continue at least until the end of Season 4?

The office is by far my favorite show. They will continue writting new episodes as soon as the strike is over. It is scheduled to air on January 4, 2007, and will be the first episode to air after the winter hiatus. The strike will probably last at least another month. Maybe longer. Who knows.

Given its high ratings, The Office should continue through Season 4 and will probably be renewed. It's questionable whether they will get to all the contracted episodes for Season 4 - that really depends on how long the writers strike lasts. If it goes for a long time, they won't have time to get through all the episodes.
