From what I have been able to ascertain from the questions and answers being exhibited on Yahoo Answers I would consider it " The Age of Laziness" or " The Age of Dependency". 3/4th of the questions are related to some problem in homework, Some so simple that not knowing the answer is a sacrilege It appears that half the kids are not listening and half of the others are not sure of anything. A sad commentary for the generation..

It's interesting that people refer to this as the 'post modern age'. It means we've grown past what we considered 'modern' only a few years ago.

Of course a hundred years from now they won't call it that, you can't exactly call a past age the 'post modern age', but the fact that we see it this way now shows that we're in a transitional age. The old age is gone but nobody's really sure what's coming next.

And people are feeling very unsettled, because we're all afraid of change, just by our nature. And the feeling is that things will have to get worse before they get better. For instance, the Era of Cheap Oil is drawing to a close, and a lot of us would like to know what's coming next.

The age of laziness. Everyone wants but is not willing to do to get what they want. Lazy language. Obesity. Drive 1 block for a soda. Easier to quit than try...

The age of Ignorance. Just peek in on the media and look at all the racial fires they feed. Our education system helps this out a lot too.

The age of Insurance...They run the country

The age of whores...again peek in on the media, look at who we idolize...

The age of the Technologically Addicted...step away from the screen{any size} and look around at all the real people! You can even talk to them, in real time!!!!!

The age of Bad Music. MTV killed talented musicians, now we just get A-s&S shakin hos tryin to dig up a baby daddy or a payday without really doing anything...and wannabes lookin to get laid

I could go on and on...
