Hey, Miroslav Satan's NINE points away from 666 career points!

I realize it's silly but I figured the mood in here needed to be lightened before everyone started planning a hockey section family roadtrip to burn down Sammy's house. LOL.

hockey_gal9 - I, too, would loe to see him traded to the Devils. Can you imagine the fanmade signs? The media would never run out of headlines and quips. Actually, it would just make everyone happy. Hehe.

MOOSE - Oh, hey---congrats to Lidstrom. I didn't realize that...
BOB - LOL. If only.

JENNI - LOL. I'd buy one, if I was a Ducks fan. You really do need to work for their PR department. :P

ZAPCITY - Wait, wait, I can't take credit for the finding of that stat. Seth, the sole blogger of the Post-Gazette (1 of Pittsburgh's 2 big papers) found it. He's quite nice and VERY funny. Always informs readers ahead of time what section and seat he'll be in if he's attending a game at the Mellon Arena, so we can stop by and say hi.

MIKE - LOL. Yes, what a find that was, his Yahoo player #.

I guess his jersey is definitely not one you'd wear to a church function or a family picnic. xD

You know what's funny, is that when he played for the Sabres somebody who went to my church had a Satan jersey and used it in a dinner-theater skit. The bit went something along the lines of "I try to be a good Christian, but I've got 'Satan' on my back!" Corny, I know but that's what happens when the church men put on a dinner!

what would be bad is if he goes on a slump after getting those 9 points. i wasnt going to burn her house down just force her to see the light a nice bright light at the end of a dark tunnel. seriously though never understand what motivates some people.

I was watching the Stars/Islanders game last night and commented to hubby that it would be fitting if he ever traded to the Devils. Let's hope he gets those nine points soon. Again, it'd be fitting...and funny.

Just imagine the newspaper headline; "SATAN REACHES DEMONIC MILESTONE" oh man, that would be good! LMAO! It's strange really, what if he retires on 666? Even his link # on Y! Sports is 666! That's funny, and kind of weird.

It would only be half fitting if he scored on at noon on Dec. 12'th. in New Jersey. Too bad they're in Buffalo that day. Hmmm, close enough.

That's freakin' awesome. What would suck is if he reaches the mark in a game, then just minutes later gets another point, practically skipping over to 667.
