I met my husband in college. We have been married for 7 years next month. My husband wasn't my ideal! We were best friends first, and then we fell in love! Love happens when you least expect it. You could be looking right at your soul mate and not even realize it! After all, I married a man I disliked! He's not only my soulmate, but he's my best friend! Good Luck!

I was in a nail salon and this woman approached me and said I'd be perfect for her brother. She insisted I take his email address and the next day I figured I had nothing to lose by writing to him. He wrote back and a week later we met for dinner - I was 25, he was 32 at the time. A month later he asked me to go ring shopping, 3 months later he proposed and we've now been married over 2 years and together over 4 years.

We met at work in a factory. I was a new hire and he had been there for a couple of years. A lot of people were trying to get us together and then there were others that didn't want us together. But we ended up getting together and three months later I quit that job because I was having reactions to the chemicals that they used there. Will be together for five years this coming feburary.

In the military, I met him, I hated him. Really I couldn't stand him. then I slowly started falling for him, we started dating about a month after we met, 3 days later he told me he loved me and 3 months after that we got married. Now we've been married for 4 years and I couldn't be happier. Bottom line is my soul-mate came along when I least expected and when I really didn't want him, (LOL) but I couldn't be happier.

We met in Highschool. Not in typical way. I was DARED by a friend to pick a guy and give him my number. He was walking past my class, I grabbed his arm told him I thought he was totally fine(or something like that) and told him to call me TONIGHT! Then my friend (laughing) grabbed me, pulled me toward the classroom and my skirt kicked up as I bent over and it was LOVE at first BEND (as I'm told. He called as soon as he got home and we have been married for 12 years and counting. There is no thing as to BOLD!

We were both working at an amusement park. We started out as friends and things blossomed from there. I think that when you can start off like that it's easier because the person is seeing the real you not the "date" you.

When we were about 7, our sisters were best friends (I hated him back then!) We started dating in high school, married right after graduation and have been happily married for almost 9 years :)

My wife was a bank teller when I met her, and she used to cash my checks.
I got talking to her, liked her, asked her out, dated for 3 years, married her 18 years ago, never a moment of regret.

We both worked for the same company but we started talking at a golf tournament. I think everyone has someone they are meant to meet.
