i have accidently deleted the folder and when i saw in the recycyle bin the folder is not there so where do i have to look it up and what can i do to get it back as safe can you please show me

If it isn't in the Recycle Bin you will need a 3rd party piece of software to recover it. Here is one that is free:

You can find more online. If I were you, I would try to NOT installing it on your hard drive. You might overwrite the file you want to restore. If possible, run from a floppy or burn to a CD.

Immaterial what kind of computer you have. There are programs that will help unerase things deleted by mistake. You have to run them as soon as possible as every time you use the computer you could be making more of the data unrecoverable - especially if you are loading or saving anything.
