Seems like many women(even men) are catty towards each other and cannot accept females as authority figures.
Cause if that wasnt the case there would have been at LEAST 1 woman President in America since the year America, land of the free and equal was born.

Over 200 years of "free and equal" and no woman President yet? hmmmmmmmmmmmm interesting. And for those who are slow and will point out that women havent had the right to vote until recently...........THAT's my point. It isnt free and equal then is it?????

I agree! That is probably why I despise the idea of becoming a house wife, or perpetuating any stereotypical 'female roles.' I dedicate myself to athletics, and pride myself on being able to beat ANY of the boys. I am a soccer player, and the guys are always looking for a scrimmage. But even after they lost, they still said that we weren't good enough because we were girls. They said that it was luck, not skill. It pisses me off. (This is High School, by the way.)

Sometimes I feel put down simply because I am female. People tell me that I can't run as fast, I am not as smart, or that the only thing I an do better than a man is cook. (It's ironic that the last time I tried to cook I set off all the smoke detectors in the house.) I refuse to learn how to do things like cook and sew, because I feel like it would be 'giving in.' Sometimes it seems like I am competing with the boys- to be smarter, or more athletic. I really have almost no personal life because of it, but hopefully some day it will all make a difference. I hope to rise above that stereotype and make a change.

And as of now, I am the fastest striker on the soccer field- boy or girl- and my goal record is pretty good if I do say so myself. : )

I can accept anyone as an authority figure as long as they are competent. While some 'women' still dream of posing for Playboy this isn't the goal for the whole generation.
I do not want leaders to be chosen because they fill quotas. In regards to Hilary, I have no problem with a women becoming president. I have a problem with Hilary Clinton becoming president.
We now have a choice, if you want to be in Playboy then good for you, if you want to stay home and raise a family good for you. Women now have choices.

Are women brainwashed to believe they are in an disadvantage?? Maybe the fact that some people arent voting Hilary has NOTHING to do with her being a woman. Maybe some men just dont agree with her! Sont vote for here just because you want a female president...And sexism is pretty much over. If a woman wants to run for something let her do it, but dont use sexism as a tool.

No not all women believe that they are only good for Playboy and making babies. Maybe the reason why we have not had a women for President is because she wasn't a good candidate..hmmmm just like the women who is running now!

Get a good woman candidate to run, and I'll vote for her. Note: I'm not implying that there are no women for the job, just that there are no good women running.
