I assume you mean overnight doesn't get below 70F - That rules out deserts, they can get very cold at night.

The only place I can think of that comes close is Jakarta in Indonesia. The reference article says the recorded minimum is 21C which is 69.8F, close enough to 70

that is a great question. I know here in south Florida it does occasionally drop to the 30's but it has been a couple of years since that happened, today I woke to 78 degrees (at 5am) and it was at least 80 by noon, was muggy as well. but it was a beautiful day here, would not trade it for anything!!!

My hometown of Key West, FL. RARELY if ever is below 70. I do remember it being 50ish one time.
