Thank you ,very good site.

I found out that I have a 533 MHZ speed with an AMD -K6 3D Processor

Short of tearing the Presario apart is there a way to find out what type of ATX system board I have?

Hi. "Are all atx form factor motherboards the same?" No. You will want one that supports 400 MHz and a good processor (your choice). The ATX just determines the size and screw hole configuration. Go for quality and you will be happy. One example http://www.pcmag.com/encyclopedia_term/0,2542,t=ATX+motherboard&i=38148,00.asp
