ok i cannot figure out if there is suppose to be commas in this sentence. its for an essay im writing and its bothering me not knowing.

The two major themes found throughout the novel To Kill a Mockingbird are innocence and prejudice.

nope no commas. just italicize To Kill a Mockingbird :)

There isn't really a need for commas, though if you wanted, you could put one after innocence to make the sentence less of a run-on (it would be improper grammar to, though). You might want to Italicize the book title also, if you haven't already.
