Power Supply and video card?

Ok i got a 350watt max output on my power supply and i want a video card that needs a minum of 350 i was wondering if i had enough power for 2-3gig of ram and the Geforce 8600GTS graphic card

You are probably cutting it close depending on how many hard drives you have and how old your components are. You might be able to get by on 350watts with an older model card (7600gt maybe?).
