Definitely not if they are going out of state. You'd need to work with a firearms dealer in each state, and each dealer would need to have an FFL (Federal Firearms License).

Most places require that firearms be sent to licensed dealers and the person receiving them has to go pick them up. At least that's how it is in Virginia.

No its not...Department of Justice will put ur nuts in a vice if they catch you....u need to transfer the firearm through a licensed dealer while ur both present, and ur purchaser needs to go through the background check.

on the country channel they have this hunting show hosted by puppets. I couldn't believe when I saw that a kid who wrote the show WON AN AIR RIFLE. have we learned nothing from the kennedy assasination??? i believe in self defense but mail order firearms ARE NOT GOOD.

Normally it has to go to someone with a Firearms license. I do however think their is a gift clause, but you would have to check on it.
