She's very fussy and she has had diarria for the last 2 weeks and she is getting worse.

You need to take her to the doctor. They can give you some cream to help re-open her area down there...

I read about that in baby talk magazine.. or American baby

Take her to the Dr.

At birth our daughters vagina was more than 50% closed. Our Pediatrician prescribed Premarin cream (it's a hormone cream) that we had to apply 2 times a day VERY sparingly only to the closed line. After 4 months her vagina was almost entirely open and our Dr advised it was okay to stop using the cream, but we still have to apply a little Vaseline to her vagina to stop it from closing up again. She did not have the fussiness and diarrhea though, that may be something else.

Take her to the doctor's immediately, something is wrong. Letting her have diarrhea for 2 weeks is way too long. Regarding her vagina, I don't know what you are talking about.
