I do not take psychology however I am planning to be and my dad is a developmental psychologist and so I hope that I can be of some help. It sounds to me as if you need a break. There is only so long that a person can go before they have reached their limit. Try studying a little less, but make what you study the important stuff. After a while you should be back into full swing. Also think about the benifits of studying that you will have in the future. Higher paying job, fancy house, etc. I hope I helped some.

You need a holiday of some sort. You're heading for a breakdown - or are already going through one.
Unless you have been taking drugs... which could also cause you to be like this - but you would know that

You do seem to demonstrate many of the classic symptom of depression. I would suggest that you follow up with your primary care physician to rule out any medical problems. Your physican can also assess you for medications that can help if you are depressed. Good luck.

brain overload is what you are suffering from, this can be fixed by one good weekend of absolutely doing nothing but sleeping and resting, empty out that head and watch how clear you will feel on Monday, don't worry this is normal, RELAX! NOW!

i think youre working so hard that your mind is starting to forget the basics and is trying to fill it with what you want, like what you're studing.
if you dont give yourself a break sometimes, there isnt a point in studing becasue you wont retain it anyway.
=] good luck chuck haha

If you've been facing this for some time now, you should really see a doctor (shrink).. You don't wanna swim into your dark side and lose sense of what has mattered one day.

Sounds like some mild depression. Maybe you are taking on too much at school.

i think you have to find a way to break your task into smaller manageable pcs and try to reaffirm your self, its not easy but doable, read a couple self help books on motivational techniques.
