Is 66 degrees cold or hot to u??
To me is is cold (burrr)

honestly i'd say 66 is perfect..
i'm stuck in germany..
i'm starting to hate snow
and the 20 degree weather

I think 66 is chilly with no clothes on. You need at least a t-shirt and socks/shoes, but you can still wear shorts.
It's a good sleeping temperature. It's not cold enough for pj's but it's cozy to snuggle under the covers.
It's a great temp for going out and walking around the city, since you'll wear shoes for sure.
Inside the house I like it at 76 in the summer, 77 in the winter, and 75 in a humid heat wave.
66 is too cold to swim!!! (for me)

A little chilly since I am in Phoenix but nice. I'm sure if i was in Edmonton where the high today was 14 id say darn cold.

Right now, it would feel warm because it is 32 here and the wind is blowing at about 45 mph and there is snow in the air

well that depends on where you live ==in the west this is kinda cold in the summer but just right in the winter,,in the
east its pretty much cold all the time...in the mid west its great durring spring and fall but cold durring summer ....but to answer your question == yeah its kind chilly for me

66 degrees is just about right for me. :) I'm an Autumn lover... not too hot and not too cold!

It's cold for sleeping without a blanket at night, but just right for doing yard work.

It is cold to me. I live in Arizona and I prefer the weather when it stays in the low ninety's........Today was 77 degrees.

Well it depends on the season
Like for summer its cold because it is usually warmer then that
For spring its perfect
For Fall its perfect
Like for Winter its warm because it is usually colder then that.
