Saving photos to my Picture file is okay, but when I click on the picture for full screen, it opens in word pad and is just a jumble of symbols. How can I get it to open like it should?

right click on a photo and choose open with...choose program.....click on the box that that says always use this program.
All set.

Open My Computer
From the Tools menu, choose folder options,
Click the file types tab
Select the file type from the list
Click the opens with button and choose the right application.
