I personally even though I'm a cowboys fan would love to see Brett go out on top. In my opinion he's the greatest Querterback of All Time. His streak of consecitive games is equivlent to that of Cal Ripkin Jr. and he has the heart and desire to play and to win that keeps him coming back when everyone said he was washed up and done he came back and so far has proved everyone wrong and for that I believe it would be great for him to go out as a champion much like Elway did with Denver......

It would be nice to see Brett Favre go out on top with a ring. Let's not count the Pats in just yet, yes they are undefeated this year but come playoff time, it is a different season. So to see the Pack get in to Super Bowl it doesn' t matter who Favre faces it is a matter of how to contain Favre. It would be nice to see Favre face the Pats and beat them the way he beat them in his path to getting his first ring and to beat them going out on top to get his last ring would be awesome. Go Pack Go!!

Nice story but a real long shot. Brett Favre is a great QB and an asset to the NFL and last year many fans were calling for him to retire and now they want to anoint him MVP. During Brett's prime the idiot Mike Sherman was his coach and wasted his greatness with bad decisions and worse coaching. Brett's greatness masked the coaching mistakes then as now. If they make it to the NFC title game they will get out coached and lose.

all packer fans better hope he wins it. this is his first GOOD year in almost a decade. personally i think he ruined the hopes for the future of the green bay franchise by not letting go years ago. he is doing good this year cause he has a receiving core to throw to. in his superbowl years he also had a great team around him, but even with a solid o-line these last few years he didnt do much with the team. Sorry, but the greatest of all time will go to Tom Brady. even with mediocre players, they still have done great in years past and now he has players around him. Favre is an iron man(maybe thats the vicodine though) but Brady is a god. oh yea, and i live in Wisconsin...

I wish the Pats went undefeated and then Favre and the Pack beat em in the Super Bowl and Favre retires afterward.

Just like Bettis with the Steelers. That would be pretty cool to see Favre win it all.

That would be pretty awesome, Packers vs. the Steelers. I like both teams, but a Super Bowl sendaway for Farve would be nice. Still, GO STEELERS!

No NFC team can beat the Patriots? Gee, wasn't there that team with the mediocre record and backup quarterback that got within 3 points? So if a backup can do that, one must ask ones' self: what can Favre do?
GO PACKERS!

While most fans will not admit it....I think almost every fan would like to see him go out on top. Brett Favre is not your average prima dona QB. What you see is what you get. He is not out to impress anyone.

Not a fan...but if he and his boys could fight their way there......it would be pretty freakin cool...and a great way for a legend to go out. Wouldn't be all bad to get there, and lose in a close game to the Pats either.....I would respect him either way.
