Arguments for and against animal experimentation for drug testing is a pretty good one, both can be debated quite fiercely with good points on both sides. You don't say which arguments you are looking to cross examine though? In a debate, these things will tend to come to you based on what your opponent is saying, I'm sure your ideas will do the job.

A good one is always question the source of your opponents' information. Ask them where they got their information, and how the reliability of the source has been verified. In controversial issues such as this one, there will always be extremist groups who falsify information in an effort to sway people to their side. Think about what sources of information your opponent might turn to, and look into their credibility.
