I'm 16 and for the past week i have had a lump in my lower left abdomen. It is not on the surface, i have to press to feel it. It extends from my left hip bone to just before my pubic bone. It seems to come and go, but today it didn't go away and it is big like the size of a small banana and it's hurts sometimes if i press too hard. The lump does not go away if i have a bowel movement. I am really worried. What could this lump be? What should i do?

Do you have any nausea, fever or pain?
Let your parents know.
You definitely need to be seen by your doc., make an apt. ASAP. Your Doc. is the only one, who can determine what's going on in your body.
